Our buildings are designed to give you years of service, and are the best built in our area.

Sidewalls: Our standard building has 7 ft. sidewalls. We do build 8 ft. sidewalls which adds $100 to the price of the building.

Exteriors: We use 29 gauge painted steel for the exterior of our buildings. We have found that paint on wood does not last well in the Midwest because of temperature and humidity extremes.

Skids & Floor Joists: Our skids and floor joists are #2 treated lumber. Floor joists are 2x4 and are spaced 16" apart.

Floors: Our floors are 3/4" tongue and groove plywood, which makes for a very solid floor.

Studs and Rafters: Sidewall studs and rafters are spaced 2 ft. apart.
